Billing & Subscription

Understand your subscription options and how to manage billing.

Buqq processes subscriptions through a third-party billing provider. You manage your subscription through the billing portal, accessible from Dashboard → Billing.

Free plan#

The Free plan gives you full access to the Buqq platform with a limited monthly booking allowance. There is no time limit and no credit card required. If you reach your monthly booking limit, new online bookings are paused for the remainder of the billing cycle. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time from the Billing page.

Subscription activation#

Paid subscriptions are activated when Buqq receives a successful payment confirmation. This typically happens within seconds of checkout completion. Your Billing dashboard should reflect the new status within a minute.

Verifying activation

If your dashboard still shows an outdated subscription status after checkout, click Refresh billing status on the Billing page to request a status update. If the status still does not update, contact info@buqq.online.

Billing portal#

The billing portal is where you manage payment methods, view invoices, and update billing details. Access it by clicking Manage billing on the Billing page — a secure link is generated and opens in a new tab.

What you can do in the billing portal
  • Update your payment method (card details)
  • Download past invoices for accounting
  • View upcoming charges and billing dates
  • Update billing address and company name

Cancel & reactivate#

Cancelling your subscription

Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page. Your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. You will see a "Cancellation scheduled" banner in your dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the period end. You are not refunded for the current period. Contact info@buqq.online if you need to discuss exceptional circumstances.

Reactivating

If you cancel and change your mind before the period ends, click Reactivate on the Billing page. The cancellation is reversed and your subscription continues uninterrupted.

Lifecycle states#

Your account passes through several states during its lifetime. Each state affects what you can access in the dashboard.

Active
Subscription is live. Full dashboard and booking access.
Cancellation scheduled
Subscription is active but set to cancel at period end. Dashboard remains fully accessible until then.
Past due
A payment failed. You have a grace period to update your payment method. Online bookings continue during the grace period.
Suspended
Subscription is suspended after multiple failed payments. Online bookings are paused. Dashboard shows a suspension banner.
Deactivated
Account has been deactivated. Contact support to reinstate.
If your account enters the Past due or Suspended state, update your payment method in the billing portal immediately to avoid booking interruption.
